Class: MEDICAL - BRUSH Description: Squad 40 is Mission Township Fire Department's first out on medical calls and responds along with Rescue 40 to car accidents and car fires. The truck is equipped with a pump to make it our second out on grass fires. The truck also has a portable mini Holmatro system to assist in extrication. Booster Line, front car line, preconnect 1 ¾” line, grass sweep and a remote nozzle. |

Class: PUMPER / TANKER Description: First line truck for Tanker operations. Much of Mission Township Fire Department's territory, along with many of the surrounding rural departments has limited water resources. Truck can be used as a first engine in, used to transport, relay and pump water. Carries 1500' of 5” LDH hose 200' of 2 ½” supply line, and 1 ¾” attack line. |

Class: ENGINE Description: Rescue 40 responds as the first apparatus out on car accidents. Responds to medical calls, technical rescues, car fires, structure fires, and a variety of other instances. Carries 1200' of 5” LDH hose 200' of 2 ½” supply line, and 1 ¾” attack line. Class A and Class B foam capabilities, "Command Light" light tower and John Hooks. |

Class: LADDER TRUCK - QUINT Description: Quint 40 is a ladder truck that performs multiple duties: aerial operations, pumping, ladder, hose, ventilation, and RIT ready. It is first out on structure fires. Carries 1500' of 5” LDH hose, 200' of 2 ½” supply line, and 1 ¾” attack line. Class A and class B foam capabilities and carrying 750 gallons of water. |
